Christine Thomas specializes in medical staff development, hospital-physician contracting, physician recruitment, and medical staff and clinical operations.

Chris has over 15 years healthcare leadership experience. She has been regional vice president of physician services for Catholic Healthcare Partners, based in Cincinnati, Ohio and director of physician services for Lourdes Hospital, a regional referral center for a wide geographic region, including more than a dozen counties in western Kentucky, southern Illinois, southeast Missouri, and northwest Tennessee. Chris has held a range of leadership positions in clinical management. She has been a staff nurse in obstetrics at two acute care hospitals in the East and Midwest. She has been manager of maternal child services and pediatrics at Lourdes Hospital. She has served as vice president of patient care services at Lourdes.

In her physicians services and medical staff development positions, Chris planned and implemented an aggressive physician recruitment program, developed a range of new clinical programs, administered dozens of hospital-physician agreements, directed several medical staff development planning processes, directed medical staff department operations and managed a comprehensive investigation of physician contracting by the Office of Inspector General culminating in a finding of full compliance with federal law and regulations.
