Catherine Tantau specializes in primary care nursing and primary care services management.

Catherine is an internationally recognized authority on access, efficiency and flow systems in healthcare. She led the creation and implementation of Advanced Access and developed the Access and Office Efficiency Internal Collaborative Model. This model is designed for healthcare organizations to work internally or collaboratively with other groups to improve access and medical office efficiency. Ms. Tantau has worked with hundreds of healthcare organizations in the U.S. and Europe using this model.

Catherine received a BSN from California State University at Fresno and a masters in Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco. She is also certified as a public health nurse and is a member of the American Association of Ambulatory Nursing Administrators.
